Refund process: Contact lenses are personal hygiene products. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the order is confirmed. If you have any concerns about the quality of the product or service, please take a photo of the product in question and send it to our customer service email retinahkg@gmail.com or WhatsApp 4612 9997 along with your name, order number, contact number and relevant photos. We will have someone follow up on your matter.
