Refund process: Contact lenses are personal hygiene products. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the order is confirmed. If you have any concerns about the quality of the product or service, please take a photo of the product in question and send it to our customer service email retinahkg@gmail.com or WhatsApp 4612 9997 along with your name, order number, contact number and relevant photos. We will have someone follow up on your matter.
Our company (Tongtong) always attaches great importance to customer experience, but all return and exchange applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 無意在網上搜尋「買隱形眼鏡」，發現此網店。這家隱形眼鏡比其他店平。因為第一次下單，其實都很擔心會被騙，尤其我用PayMe 付錢，對方帳號不是Business account。之後，PayMe 付錢後，用WhatsApp 截圖給客服，對方態度好好，確認訂單時非常清楚，傳照片確認隱形眼鏡牌子、度數、數目、有效期。更即日用順豐發貨。第二日就收到，貨品有效期長，起碼有3年。我試過在其他網店訂隱形眼鏡，收到貨有效期少於一年。下次也會幫襯這家訂。
因為要Claim 保險，買之前已經問客服收據內容詳情，客服好好畀埋Sample我睇👍
我凌晨落單，朝早請客服畀正式收據我都係即做，同日傍晚放工返屋企已經收到貨啦！
